Before joining Skywell Boris's experience included acting as head of digital marketing for EU's biggest real-estate agency and founding "Wakeup", a marketing agency that was later sold in 2012. He later also co-founded the gaming publisher and developer Mental Games.

Previously, Head of Innovation for Deloitte Israel, Director of Digital Technologies Scouting for Unilever and Managing Director at “LabIX Ventures” Flex’s corporate venture arm. Yoni is also the co-founder of PMatX Innovation Lab backed by Merck and Flex and the Israel Innovation Authority to support startups in the field of material science for the electronics space.

Experienced in strategic advisory from both financial and legal perspectives on transactions and investments in diverse industries. Former Investment Manager at Union Group and Manager in PwC Advisory's Valuation & Strategy department. Prior to that, worked at Meitar law firm at the corporate and litigation departments. A CPA and Attorney at Law, holds an LLB and BA in Accounting from Tel-Aviv University.
